  Our piano was neglected for several years when I contacted Ben in 2013. The first time he serviced it, he spent about three hours first raising the pitch, then tuning it. In the several years since he has performed annual tunings. When we moved, he recommended a safe, reliable piano mover. Always punctual, respectful, and professional.
